LIFE IN A BEAUTIFUL HELL

“I am in a boat, crossing thousands mile,
None to help me, as I was going to an exile,
I begged for help but no one came forward,
Before this day they were talking of bravery, but today they became Coward,
Before me lie vast river having no sign of life,
Behind me lie the indelible memories of my past life,
Heavy load on my shoulders as I have to move the boat alone,
Difficult ways before my eyes, filled with dust and stone,
And now in the way, came both mist and snow,
And it grew wondrous cold,
Life became too difficult for me as I was unable to hold,
And through the drifts, the snowy clifts,
Did send a dismal sheen:
Nor shapes of mine nor breast was ken,
The ice was all between,
No one came for my help even some saw my Ship trapped in ice,
That let me know that the world is full of selfishness and full of vice,
At last shined the rays of sun, through the fog it came
Melting the stony ice, I hailed it in God’s name.
For me the trap was Mahabharata’s play of dice,
And the Sun made me knows that there is something above virtue and vice,
I pass through days and night, from land to land,
For reaching the shore of sea,
But today I am alone as no one is here, to hear my plea,
Now just reaching the shore of sea with a tale to tell,
So to make the humanity knows about the mystery of this beautiful hell.”
